Background Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration etc.
• 1+ years manufacturing purchasing/buying experience
• ERP experience

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Source raw materials, components, and services from domestic and international suppliers to meet production and quality standards.
• Supplier Management: Develop and manage strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, cost-efficiency, and adherence to quality and ethical standards.
• Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms, manage contract execution, and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
• Inventory Optimization: Collaborate with production and planning teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, preventing shortages or excess.
