Hours
- (M-F) 8:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (30 min paid lunch)
Skills and Experience:
- Uses Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Familiar with office equipment (copier, fax, shipping, and receiving tools)
- Learns various departmental processes and procedures including but not limited to expense processing, document preparation, and retention
- Working closely with an office managers in the building

Day to Day:
- 50% At-Desk Tasks:
- Provide administrative support for the designated leader\team.
- Greets visitors, maintains visitor logs, and issues visitor passes as required.
- Receives incoming calls, routes calls to appropriate contacts and takes/relays messages.
- Provides initial point of contact for the client in a professional and efficient manner.
- Manages high-volume telephone traffic via a multi-line phone system.
- Coordinates visitor traffic in accordance with central securities guidelines.
- Receives and logs incoming packages.
- Receives messenger Dash courier deliveries and notifies mail room and or appropriate team members.
- Updates/maintains contacts and additional online lists for Security and Team Members.
- Provides backup support for other office team responsibilities, including not limited to intra-office relocations and workspace arrangements, and reception desk coverage.
50% Other Tasks:
- Ensures office equipment and supplies are properly ordered, stocked, maintained, and replaced as necessary.
- Make sure kitchens are stocked with supplies.
- Maintains office equipment and supplies (printers, ink, toner, paper)
- Orders and maintains an inventory of office and coffee supplies.
- Corresponds with building maintenance and vendors for repairs and other requests.
- Ensures facilities upkeep and works with facilities team to address/resolve repairs and other requests.
