The Senior SAP S/4 Transformation Lead will drive the implementation of SAP S/4HANA RISE across Private and Public Cloud environments, leveraging Finance and Controlling (FICO) expertise to optimize financial processes. The role involves managing all aspects of SAP S/4 transformation projects, including strategy development, solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, and deployment methodologies (Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield). This position requires in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 RISE, FICO modules, and cloud integration to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP S/4HANA RISE Transformation Leadership

• Lead comprehensive SAP S/4HANA RISE transformation projects, managing all phases from planning to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for SAP S/4 implementation across Private and Public Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives and finance needs.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Finance & Controlling (FICO) Specialization

• Design and implement SAP S/4 FICO configurations to meet financial reporting, controlling, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with business processes in budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
• Drive system optimization and reporting enhancements within FICO modules for improved financial transparency.

Deployment Methodologies (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield)

• Develop and implement strategies for Greenfield (new implementations), Brownfield (migrations), and Bluefield (selective data transition) projects.
• Assess and recommend the best-fit deployment methodology based on client needs, existing systems, and project goals.
• Oversee data management, integration, and conversion processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

Cloud Integration (Private & Public Cloud)

• Manage SAP S/4 deployments across Private and Public Cloud, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient cloud integration.
• Collaborate with IT and cloud vendors to implement SAP S/4 solutions that optimize performance, security, and accessibility in cloud environments.
• Ensure compliance with cloud infrastructure standards, aligning with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Act as a primary point of contact for finance, IT, and business stakeholders, providing guidance and managing expectations.
• Work with C-level executives and senior management to align project goals with strategic business and financial objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, partners, and team members to drive effective collaboration.

Risk & Quality Management

• Identify potential risks related to SAP transformation, including data integrity, regulatory compliance, and process changes.
• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the SAP S/4 solution meets both technical and functional standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to keep projects on track and address any issues proactively.

Change Management & User Adoption

• Develop a comprehensive change management strategy, ensuring user readiness and smooth adoption of SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities to prepare finance teams for SAP S/4HANA use.
• Track user adoption metrics and provide ongoing support to ensure full engagement and system utilization.

Continuous Improvement & Post-Implementation Support

• Provide ongoing support for SAP S/4HANA systems post-go-live, ensuring stable operations and addressing emerging needs.
• Lead initiatives for system enhancement, based on user feedback, financial performance metrics, and business requirements.
• Evaluate the project’s return on investment (ROI) and present findings to stakeholders.
