Information Technology Specialist II

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for internal users including hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Lead system upgrades, network deployments, new software rollouts or system migrations, and hardware installations.
• Working within our ERP system to optimize functionality.
• Collaborate with senior management and other departments.
• Document all troubleshooting steps, procedures, and solutions in a ticketing system.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring uptime and reliability.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users.
• Assist with IT compliance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in IT support.
• Experience with migrating or implementing new systems or networks
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Experience with Windows and Mac.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting networking components
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies
• Experience with cloud platforms.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
