WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- Take the lead and perform analysis and preparation work on daily, monthly, quarterly reporting packages
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial meetings including flash decks, financial analysis, business unit insights, and more
- Analyze variances to forecast and budgets and provide findings to leadership team
- Identify areas of improvement in processes and drive efficiencies to increase business performance
- Assist business leaders in the preparation of annual operating plan, budgeting and forecasting, sales analysis, and EBITDA analysis
- Additional special projects as needed in partnership with leadership team
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+years of experience in FP&A and/or similar analytical role or public accounting experience
- MBA is a plus but not required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Analytical Tools like Power BI, Cognos, etc. preferred
