Volumetrics / Production Consultant

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Liaise with clients to determine current and future operations and production accounting business needs.
• Implement Production Data Lifecycle solutions with business requirements in mind.
• Develop project plans and coordinate technical implementations and rollout of Production Accounting applications at client sites.
• Advise clients around business process optimization enhancements (field production processes).
• Work with clients to deliver production accounting customized application training (including train the trainer programs) to be delivered throughout the organization. 
• Serve as functional and technical resource of escalated technical issues for clients (liaise with Software Development team if necessary). 
• Deliver technical excellence presentations at staff meetings / gatherings to transfer knowledge throughout the organization. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering 
• Mid-level experience in oil and gas operations with a focus on production accounting systems
• Good understanding of network flow schematics and production allocation 
• SCADA knowledge a plus
• Measurement knowledge a plus 
• Working knowledge around optimizing field production processes 
• Working knowledge around regulatory filing requirements for production volumes
• Ability to communicate effectively with client and delivery team
• Ability to manage balance between client business needs and Stonebridge delivery team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office and general IT / software installation processes 
• Understanding of database / reporting technology 
• Understanding of relational databases
• Ability to write basic MS SQL queries is a plus
• Understanding of Revenue Accounting business needs and practices
• Understanding of master data needs between production application and other volumetric systems
• Prior knowledge of application products like ProdView, PRA, P2's ProCount, Schlumberger’s Avocet Capture or Landmark’s TOW is a strong plus 
• Travel will be required to client locations
