Job Description

  • Independently performs land development engineering assignments with clear and specified objectives with general oversight from the supervisor and/or Project Manager
  • Responsible for the preparation of due diligence studies and site planning
  • Design of grading/drainage, water/wastewater systems, stormwater detention facilities
  • Responsible for permitting construction documents and reports working closely with other team members, and local review agencies, and interacting with clients
  • Civil engineering land development, infrastructure design, and construction document preparation for roads, parking areas, storm drainage systems, stormwater management facilities, utilities-water mains, sanitary sewers, sediment, and erosion control, and outline specifications

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited university
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D AutoCAD Civil 3D, grading, alignments, profiles, corridors, earthwork, and experience with pipe networks, detention, storm sewer design
  • Understanding of local and state agency codes and ordinances relevant to the construction plan approval process
