REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Accounting, Engineering, or comparable majors preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in related field (consulting / utilities / finance)
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn new concepts quickly
• Ability to analyze data and documentation from disparate sources to draw conclusions
• Ability to understand client needs and execute a work plan to meet client expectations as well as handle tight and/or unpredictable deadlines and constant change
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, including strong oral and written communication skills
• Provide consistent delivery of high-quality work products with strong attention to detail
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Work authorization in United States
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects

NICE TO HAVES

· Experience with financial planning and modeling

· Understanding of relational databases and/or experience working with large data sets

· Broad knowledge of accounting concepts

WORK LOCATION

· Ability to work efficiently and effectively from your home

· Ability to drive to local client sites from your home location, when needed

· Ability to travel to client sites primarily in California or Arizona, when needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills which will enable them to clearly present solutions to clients. They should be comfortable conducting research and analysis in order to establish a good understanding of the business at hand. They should have an interest in examining and streamlining processes in order to make them more efficient. 

• Facilitate and attend client meetings
• Conduct necessary research to establish ideal solutions for client's business
• Offer strategic and practical solutions to client problems
• Present findings to client in concise and clear manner Identify opportunities for improved processes
