Field Services Engineer

Job summary:

Our client just outside of Philadelphia is looking to add a Field Service Engineer to their growing team! Candidates should have a minimum of a high school diploma/GED while a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. This opportunity includes 85% travel to customer sites. Candidates should have 2-4 years experience with a validation engineering background, as well as field service work, or working on client installation of large scale medical or scientific equipment. Salary: $65,000 - 70,000 per year

Work hours: 8am to 4pm

Responsibilities:

• Carry out validation tests on newly assembled Pharma equipment in house and on site.
• Calibration of instrumentation.
• Airflow tests.
• Particle counting.
• Filter integrity testing.
• Internal & on-site validation documentation completion.
• Validation document creation/modification as and when required.
• Detailed oriented with a heavy focus on quality and able to work unsupervised.
• Superlative customer facing skills.
• Hands-on problem solving.
• Customer training.
• Promotes after sales/continual service and parts.
