Senior Systems Engineer (Medical Device)

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

• 10 years of experience as a systems engineer including requirements development and product definition.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in medical device development

• Experience managing entire design cycles from concept to production

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Systems Engineer in St. Petersburg, FL. This person will be responsible for understanding existing architecture and requirements to turn it into a usable design. The device is heavily mechanical but there are hardware, software and electrical components to consider in design. Other responsibilities include, failure mode analysis (DFMEA), trace matrix work, and supporting the integration and testing of the product.
