Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master with extensive experience in Agile methodologies to lead and facilitate our Scrum teams. The role demands strong stakeholder management skills and a history of delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach Agile development teams, ensuring adherence to the Scrum framework.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) to ensure effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Foster a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.
• Assist in defining and evolving the product vision and strategy in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure optimal value delivery.
• Guide the team in Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a crucial link between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Utilize market analysis and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile settings, ideally in Data & Analytics / Oil & Gas / Energy Industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).
• Demonstrated capability in data-driven decision-making and complex roadmap management.
• Prior experience with Data & Analytics teams on Data Products is beneficial.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced degree in a related area.
• Agile methodology certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe SM).
