Job description:
- Looking for a strong Program Manager with life science domain and QA background.
- 15+ years of IT experience and at least 8 years of large Program management experience.
- PMP/PMI certification along with Strong Life Science QA Background
- Knowledge of Healthcare, Life Science, Clinical research industry, GXP, CSV, CSA, and practices and regulations are a must
- Should have been in customer facing roles in managing large engagements for at least 5 years
- Should have managed large Pharma/CRO/Med devices customers
- Candidates should be team players with excellent communication skills and can manage multiple customer engagements independently.
- Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.
- Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels
- Experience in SDLC Framework & Agile/Scrum framework
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good experience on responding to RFPs and defending the solution to customers
- Should be able to transition the services to Offshore and manage the complete delivery in Onsite Offshore model. Leading project planning sessions.
- Coordinating client staff and internal resources. Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines. Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Designing and signing off on contracts. Designing risk mitigation plan.
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.
- Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
- Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.
- Managing large and diverse teams.
