Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of HR experience within large, fast-paced organizations, focusing on employee and labor relations.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
- Expertise: A solid background in employee and labor relations within distribution or manufacturing settings is essential.
