Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA Lead / Architects UiPathto join our team and play a pivotal role in automating business processes and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in UiPath, a proven track record of success in developing and implementing RPA solutions, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Develop and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks. Mentor and support junior developers and peers at offshore
• Implement best practices for data governance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful deployment and operation of data services.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of IT experience. Experience in RPA development using UiPath
• All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of architecting, designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using Ui Path software
• Good in analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, creating workflows, developing and configuring BOTs using Ui Path
• Demonstrated ability in the entire service development lifecycle: design, implementation, deployment, and live site support.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UiPath is a must.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to ensure high-quality architecture and efficient data solutions.
• Certified UiPath RPA Developer
