Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure and maintain software tools used for file transfers, in support of our enterprise file transfer service.
  • Collaborate with development teams, infrastructure teams and external business partners to set up, maintain and troubleshoot file transfer connections.
  • Create, maintain and share technical documentation related to supporting our enterprise file transfer service.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills: IBM Sterling ,File Gateway ,File Transfer
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent knowledge acquired via work experience or other training.
  • Experience with Windows and Unix operating systems, TCP/IP networks and file transfer protocols. Experience with Sterling File Gateway and BPML a plus.
  • Strong analytical skill, effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Three to five years or more of related IT work experience supporting file transfer software and services.
