Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 10+ embedded software engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Project Oversight: Oversee all phases of project planning and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Technical Strategy: Provide expertise in systems architecture, design reviews, and resolving complex technical challenges.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, seamlessly integrating software and hardware for maximum impact.
• Innovation: Lead initiatives to modernize and innovate embedded software development in renewable energy applications.

What You Bring

• Experience: 10+ years in embedded software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in C/C++, RTOS, and microcontroller programming; familiarity with scalable system design and tools like MATLAB/Simulink.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams.
• Problem Solving & Communication: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
