Workday People Analytics Consultant – 6-Month Contract
Hale International is excited to partner with a healthcare client looking to leverage the Workday People Analytics module for enhanced reporting and insights. We are seeking a highly skilled Workday People Analytics Consultant for a 6-month contract, focusing on optimizing more detailed and actionable reporting in hiring, organizational composition, skills, diversity and inclusion, talent and performance, and retention and attrition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration and optimization of the Workday People Analytics module to provide deeper insights and enhanced reporting capabilities tailored to the client’s needs in hiring, organizational composition, and skills assessment.
- Develop and implement advanced reports within Workday People Analytics that support the tracking and analysis of diversity and inclusion initiatives, workforce composition, and talent management.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to gather detailed reporting requirements, ensuring the People Analytics module aligns with healthcare-specific compliance and business goals.
- Enhance existing reporting tools to provide real-time, actionable insights into talent and performance data, workforce retention, and attrition trends.
- Provide expertise in using Workday People Analytics for data visualization, ensuring that reports are both intuitive and insightful for end-users.
- Offer troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement support for the People Analytics module, ensuring data integrity and report accuracy.
- Train and mentor internal stakeholders on the best practices of utilizing the Workday People Analytics module to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working specifically with the Workday People Analytics module, with a focus on report creation and optimization.
- Proven track record of configuring and enhancing Workday People Analytics for large organizations, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Expertise in developing advanced reporting for key HR metrics including hiring, skills, diversity, and workforce performance.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate complex business needs into meaningful analytics and reports.
- In-depth understanding of Workday People Analytics features such as dashboards, predictive analytics, and visualization tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience in engaging stakeholders at various levels to deliver impactful reporting solutions.
