Cloud Architect, Microsoft 365

The Cloud Architect will lead the design, planning, and management of our Microsoft 365 environment. You'll drive the organizations cloud strategy, migrations, and ongoing operations, focusing on technologies like Active Directory, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and security within the Microsoft cloud. This position is remote but the candidate must reside in LA, Chicago, NYC or Washington DC. No relocation candidates at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the expert for all things Microsoft 365
• Design, configure, and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment
• Plan and execute migrations and implementations of Microsoft 365 solutions
• Collaborate with IT and InfoSec teams to ensure secure cloud operations
• Create technical documentation for cloud projects
• Mentor IT teams and lead presentations to senior management

Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage Microsoft 365 technologies in large environments
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Teams
• Expertise in cloud security, governance, and best practices
• Microsoft certifications and 10+ years of IT experience
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
• Must come from either an enterprise highly regulated position or enterprise consulting firm
