Within our Ascent team located in Denver, Leprino is seeking a Senior Sales & Ops Representative- Ascent to drive our organization to greater levels of growth and success! At Leprino Foods starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $84,000 and $101,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10
- Develop Support sales efforts across Club, Wholesale, and Retail channels by managing customer portals, item setup, retailer promotion submissions, deduction management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and create solutions to enhance efficiency in sales operations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Finance teams to optimize promotional planning and trade spending management.
- Partner with customers, Operations, and Finance to improve forecasting and enhance Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Drive growth in assigned accounts through innovation strategies and increasing consumption of existing products.
- Create compelling content and tools to boost profitability across sales channels.
- Represent and sell the Ascent brand consistently with its values and standards at selected accounts.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with Ascent broker partners to build brand presence and grow the team's capabilities.
- Continuously explore new opportunities to enhance Ascent’s profitability and efficiency within the broker network.
- Learn and understand all aspects of Ascent products, ingredients, and processing methods.
- Optimize sales processes, including customer setup, reporting, pricing, deductions, and trade spending, in partnership with Sales leaders and Ascent Leadership.
You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in CPG, sports nutrition, or fitness industry.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.

- Master's Degree in Business Management or related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with SAP.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring employees.
