Assistant Stylist

• Work closely with the in-house stylist, photographer, and studio coordinator on photo shoot scheduling and daily studio tasks.
• Assist on set for all in-house photo shoots and dressing models, proactively steaming, pinning, adjusting, and ensuring optimal appearance and organization.
• Help maintain the catalog of accessories and shoes. Track all styles borrowed by Design or Sales teams for sales presentations and showrooms.
• Pull, prep, steam, package, and return the products as needed for photoshoots.
• Create and maintain accurate shot lists, ensuring all necessary styles are shot for internal line sheets, Ecom, editorial, and campaign.
• Create internal line sheets based on seasonal wireframes to support the Style Out for Campaign and Editorials.
• Help to maintain styling consistency across wholesale, e-comm, and all brand channels.
• Maintain steamers and styling kits to ensure all supplies are ordered and in stock.
• Assist with model castings by dressing models and pinning on set.
• Support the photo team in the upkeep of the studio space.
• Occasional styling of pin ups and flat lays.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of experience in an assistant styling role or equivalent, a plus but not a requirement.
• Comfortable standing for periods of time and able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be capable and comfortable working in a Mac environment
• Professional with great communication and the ability to be flexible and adaptable
• A genuine interest in and knowledge of the fashion industry
• Has working vehicle
