Mechanical Systems Engineer II

My client is seeking a talented engineer to support hydraulic system qualification and certification for their new aerospace projects. You’ll work on ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets while collaborating with diverse teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• 3+ years of engineering experience in aerospace
• Strong knowledge of aircraft hydraulic systems and industry certification standards
• Experience analysing hydraulic systems and producing clear engineering reports and system testing.
• Flight controls hardware experience, actuation systems, hydraulics (preference)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hydraulic system integration, testing, and certification
• Ensure documentation complies with FAA and EASA standards
• Troubleshoot and support new installations and test validations on aircraft

Salary:

• Base: $100k - $125k
