Position Title: Land Development Project Manager

Location: Nashville, TN, Hybrid Schedule (1-2 Days On-Site) - Relocation Assistance Provided

Compensation: $140 - $160k + Quarterly Bonuses

Duration: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Job Summary: One of our top clients in the Nashville, TN area is seeking an experienced Civil Site Development Project Manager to join their team! This role involves a hybrid work schedule, with 10%-15% of the time spent visiting sites and client locations, and the remainder working from the office or home. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil site development, a PE license, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple commercial and residential site development projects.
• Ensure projects comply with standards and permitting regulations.
• Delegate tasks to designers and ensure timely completion of work.
• Mentor and guide designers, fostering their professional growth.
• Collaborate with structural and roadway groups across the company.
• Attend and lead project meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Must Haves:

• 15-20 years of experience in civil site development (land development, site development, municipal work).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading a team or managing projects.
• Experience working on residential projects.
