Position: Access Control Specialist

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: 6+ months

Mode of Interview: Phone and Video

We need someone to install access control technologies on a physical level, as well as setup their software.

The Access Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of facilities by monitoring access points and managing entry protocols. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting physical security systems remotely.

• Working with cloud-based physical security solutions, specifically in the following areas:

• Access Control: Open Path, Brivo

• Cameras: AVA, Hanwha, ExacqVision

• Intrusion System: DSC

• Intercom System: 2N

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in programming and commissioning physical security systems.

• Overall knowledge of cloud-based physical security platforms.

• Certifications in the listed systems are required (client will provide and pay for necessary certifications if not already obtained).

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access control, camera systems, intrusion systems, and intercom systems.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass an extensive background check conducted by the client.

Bonus: Pre-existing certifications in the systems mentioned will be considered a strong advantage.

Experience:

• Open Path: 3 years (Required)

• Hanwha: 2 years (Required)

• Intercom Systems: 2 years (Required)

• Access Control: 3 years (Required)
