Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a L1 Incident Manager with Healthcare Domain
Position type: Fulltime with Innova Solutions
Location: Philadelphia Pennsylvania, US

Hybrid -3 days a week from office
As a L1 Incident Manager you will:

  • Lead Incident management and issue tracking duties on behalf of all the IT teams.
  • Manage issues list and executive reporting
  • Problem solving: Use critical thinking and analytical skills to identify the primary causes of issues and develop plans to resolve them.
  • Communication: Keep stakeholders informed to manage expectations and minimize the impact on business operations
  • Continuous improvement: Conduct post-incident reviews to analyse incident trends and identify areas for improvement
  • Resource management: Bring together multiple teams and resources to efficiently restore service
  • Prioritization: Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and make crucial decisions
  • Risk management: Understand risk management principles and prepare for various scenarios

The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with six (6)or more years of related work experience in technology field supplemented by four (4) years of incident management and problem management experience;

  • Excellent understanding of service development, management and operations industry standard specifically Health Care Payer operations.
  • Professional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Business and financial awareness of the impact of problems.
  • Ability to coordinate, manage, and/or correlate data. Includes exercising judgment in determining time, place, and/or sequence of operations, referencing data analyses to determine necessity for revision of organizational components, and in the formulation of operational strategy.
  • Ability to make decisions on procedural and technical levels.
  • Ability to utilize a wide variety of reference, descriptive, advisory and/or design data and information
  • Ability to apply principles of influence and leadership, and to exercise independent judgment to apply facts and principles for developing approaches and techniques to resolve problem
  • Ability to exercise judgment, decisiveness and creativity in situations involving broader aspects of organizational programs and operations, moderately unstable situations, or the direction, control and planning of an entire program or set of programs.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: 82,500 $ - 97,000 $ Per Year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
