What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an innovative Internal Applications Engineer specializing in NetSuite to elevate our internal processes. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent NetSuite solutions to streamline workflows, integrate systems, and enhance data-driven decision-making. Using your expertise in NetSuite, you will automate processes, build user-friendly interfaces, and create solutions that improve productivity across our organization.

What You'll Do:

  • NetSuite Development and Automation: Identify automation opportunities within NetSuite, implementing custom scripts and workflows to reduce manual work and increase operational accuracy.
  • System Integration: Use integration tools to connect NetSuite with other enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and consistent processes.
  • User Interface Customization: Design user-friendly interfaces within NetSuite that provide a seamless, efficient experience for internal teams.
  • Data Management and Insights: Leverage NetSuite’s data capabilities to generate insights, support decision-making, and drive efficiency across departments.
  • Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, present solutions, and ensure effective implementation and adoption.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly test, iterate, and refine solutions based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Documentation and Training: Maintain clear documentation of solutions and workflows, providing training to users when needed.
  • Data Security Compliance: Ensure data security and privacy compliance in all automation and integration activities.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, especially SuiteScript for NetSuite development.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON).
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Boomi, Mulesoft, or similar)
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with NetSuite, including customization, scripting, and integrations.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Retool, UI Bakery, or n8n.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools like OpenAI, Langchain, or Flowise.
  • Knowledge of AI concepts, including generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning.
  • Understanding of data security and privacy best practices.
