Electrical Service Account Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Electrical Travel Superintendent to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of our electrical projects.

Job Description:

As an Electrical Service Account Manager at Hays Electrical Services, in this role, you will be the primary contact for our electrical service clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service and support. Your goal will be to foster strong relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for electrical service clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs and project specifications in the electrical services sector.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and field service teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Conduct regular account reviews and performance assessments with clients.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for additional electrical services and solutions.
• Prepare and present reports on account performance, service metrics, and client feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting electrical services.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote company services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management or customer service, preferably in the electrical services industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
