Senior Full Stack Developer
Our client is an educational company based in Boston, MA looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Developer. This individual will assist in building both front-end and back-end for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has experience maintaining and improving an existing codebase, focusing on improving performance, scalability, and user experience. This role requires 3 days on-site per week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on development in the application development, unit test, and rollout
- Work with business analysis teams to create business requirements and documentation
- Communicate relevant project planning and status information to leadership/management
- Document technical requirements and specifications for Web/Mobile applications and provide technical solutions to support those needs
- Provide feedback on technical designs and methods to support business requirements
- Develop both front-end and back-end for web/mobile applications, working with a hybrid team
- Deliver engaging and informative demos/presentations, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years in Backend API and front-end UI development experience
- Expert in back-end development using .NET, C#
- Expert in front-end development using Angular, Ionic, HTML5, SCSS/CSS, Typescript, JavaScript, Unit test framework - Jasmine, Jest, NgRx, RxJS, material design/Bootstrap.
- Solid understanding of RDBMS & NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of front-end code quality tools as well as asyncio, Cosmos/Mongo DB, Redis/Distributed cache
- Experience using PAAS and SAAS resources in Azure or GCP
- Experience using Azure DevOps /GIT based source control systems
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Microservice/ Event driven architecture as well as OAuth/OIDC, SAML, SSO is a plus
