Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop AI products and solutions with a focus on Generative AI and Computer Vision.
• Champion AI innovation by working closely with teams to build product roadmaps.
• Explore and implement new applications of AI technologies to drive business growth.
• Design, build, and deploy generative systems that improve family well-being.
• Develop and maintain AI models and algorithms for various applications, including machine learning, NLP, and computer vision.

Your Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in an engineering lead capacity with a strong track record in AI/ML systems, specifically Gen AI (text and multimodal), NLP, Computer Vision, and Speech Synthesis hybrid AI systems.
• Deep knowledge of major advancements in AI, including LLMs, Agent Systems, and Responsible AI.
• Understanding of the ethical implications of AI and a commitment to embedding ethics in AI applications.
• Proven ability to design and build production-level systems and models.
