Summary:
The M365 Governance team is seeking a versatile M365 professional to collaborate with customers, Enterprise Support, and Microsoft in governing and implementing features in an M365 government tenant. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of M365 functionalities and tenant administration, with a particular focus on SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS Teams. This individual will also serve as a project manager/business analyst, managing project requirements, documentation, and delivery, while supporting adoption and ensuring alignment with the Microsoft roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to govern and implement M365 features, ensuring best practices and compliance.
- Provide in-depth expertise in SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS Teams administration.
- Manage project documentation, including requirements gathering, proposals, and schedules.
- Support and work alongside the M365 project manager in promoting adoption, technical support, and championing M365 products.
- Monitor the Microsoft M365 roadmap, identify impactful changes, and coordinate with support teams and customers to address updates.
- Document tenant settings affecting end-user features in a centralized repository and participate in workflows to review and adjust settings as needed.
- Utilize PowerShell scripting and develop solutions with PowerApps and Power BI dashboards as required.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of M365 features, functions, and tenant administration, with expertise in SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS Teams.
- Proven project management and business analysis skills, with experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and project execution.
- Strong understanding of M365 governance and best practices.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
