Responsibilities:
- Work with the customer base via phone, email, or chat to provide software and technical support.
- Offer a best-in-class experience that provides a response, update, and resolution.
- Communicate with appropriate internal teams to escalate issues.
- Software development, testing, and troubleshooting.
