Responsibilities:

  • Work with the customer base via phone, email, or chat to provide software and technical support.
  • Offer a best-in-class experience that provides a response, update, and resolution.
  • Communicate with appropriate internal teams to escalate issues.
  • Software development, testing, and troubleshooting.
