Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL, including performance tuning, dynamic SQL, and advanced query development.
Proven ability to manage large volumes of data, with expertise in data partitioning and performance optimization.
Strong background in Data Warehousing projects with a deep understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, including ETL processes, data modeling, and data integration.
Experience with ETL tools is a plus, with a preference for Informatica PowerCenter.
Solid background in data transformation and migration, particularly with complex financial datasets.
In-depth understanding of reinsurance processes and valuation systems is highly desirable.
Demonstrated leadership in technical discussions and effective collaboration with business stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
