DevOps Engineer

Job Title: Senior Devops Engineer

Duration: 12-18 months

Location: Chicago, IL or Atlanta, GA or Chandler, AZ (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Required Pay Scale: $70-74/hr

Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates W2 Only

Job Summary:

Must Haves

Must Haves / Required Skills:

• Devops Engineer with good deployment tools skills such as Ansible (used most), Chef, or Puppet

• Strong experience with build processes and SDLC preferably using Jenkins, XLR, Ansible Tower

• Strong experience with container tools such as Openshift / Kubernetes, Helm, Service Mesh

• Some relational database skills such as SQL or Postgres- know how stored procedures work, set up tables, etc

• Experience in Devops and Gitops models with infra-as-code, config-as-code, and / or policy-as-code

• Some familiarity with monitoring solutions (Distributed tracing, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana etc)

• Some familiarity with external cloud providers such as Azure, AWS and/or GCP- no preference
