Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Syndigo Developer to join our team on a long-term, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in working with Syndigo’s product content management and syndication platform, integrating Syndigo APIs, and ensuring smooth distribution of product data across various platforms. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Syndigo Platform Integration

  Develop and maintain integrations between Syndigo’s product content management system and various e-commerce platforms, retailers, and partners.

  
  

• API Development

  Work with Syndigo’s API to automate and optimize the flow of product data, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across multiple channels.

  
  

• Product Data Management

  Ensure product data (images, descriptions, metadata) is properly managed, updated, and syndicated to all relevant platforms.

  
  

• Custom Development

  Create custom solutions for clients using Syndigo, ensuring that all specifications and business requirements are met.

  
  

• Quality Assurance

  Perform rigorous testing and validation to ensure data consistency, quality, and compliance with retailer standards.

  
  

• Troubleshooting

  Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to content syndication, API integrations, and data flow.

  
  

• Collaboration

  Work closely with product managers, engineers, and clients to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

  
  

Required Skills:

• Syndigo Experience

  Proven experience working with the Syndigo platform, including content syndication, product information management (PIM), and data distribution.

  
  

• API Integration

  Expertise in integrating Syndigo’s APIs for data flow and product syndication.

  
  

• Programming Languages

  Strong skills in programming languages such as

  
  

  PythonJavaScript, or Node.js for API development and automation.
• Data Management

  Experience working with product data, including images, metadata, and compliance requirements for e-commerce.

  
  

• Cloud Platforms

  Familiarity with cloud platforms such as

  
  

  AWSAzure, or Google Cloud for data storage and processing.
• Project Management

  Ability to work independently and manage long-term projects, including setting timelines and meeting deadlines.

  
  

• Problem-solving Skills

  Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve integration and syndication issues.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer ScienceInformation Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience working with Syndigo
• Experience with API development, integration, and automation.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
