Partnerships Coordinator: Los Angeles, Austin, or Remote

FIMI is an entertainment agency that specializes in talent buying, event partnerships, and bespoke experiences curation across music, film & TV, sports, fashion, and culinary.

This position will coordinate unique consumer experiences and partnerships at tentpole events for loyalty program members. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable multitasking. This position will report to an Account Director and has significant room for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry, Marketing Material Management, & Event Logistics

o Maintain accurate records of event partnerships, event logistics, and guest information

o Draft copy and upload content to clients’ websites with experience and event details

o Update databases with event results and create performance reports

o Coordinate event logistics with partners, create itineraries, and be the liaison for attending guests

  • Research and Analysis

o Conduct research on industry trends and potential new event partner opportunities

o Assist senior management in brainstorming event ideas, talent partnerships

o Assist in preparing presentations and proposals via platforms such as PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe

  • Administrative Support

o Handle general office tasks, such as scheduling calls, shipping, and managing day-to-day operations.

o Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in events, partnerships, marketing, PR, or related fields
  • Extremely meticulous, with full confidence in data entry for publicly facing campaigns and communications
  • Independently motivated with excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Proficiency in content management systems such as Monday.com
  • Significant understanding of utilizing online and network-based tools for research purpose
  • Passion for entertainment and pop culture
  • Possess a motivated and professional work ethic while also exuding a friendly and spirited attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Photoshop and graphic design knowledge a plus

Start Date:

  • January 7, 2025

Salary:

  • $50k - $65k (depending on experience) with health benefits
