Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects and a proven track record of success.
• This role requires expertise in Tableau and the ability to work in a hybrid model.
• The Tableau Developer will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects and ensuring they align with our companys goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the program.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Utilize Tableau to analyze project data and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.
• Support the professional development of team members through coaching and mentoring.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Have 8 to 11 years of experience in project or program management.
• Demonstrate expertise in using Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
• Show strong organizational and time management skills
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Display the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Show proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exhibit the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
• Show a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
• Have experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Display a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
