Certification Details BLS through AHA ACLS - Given the nature of the position, including floating to ICU and it being an MS/Tele role State licensure as required Job Requirements Position / Specialty: RN, MS/Tele Start date: ASAP Ratios: 1:4-6 Years of experience REQ: 1 year of experience within the last 3 years in MS/Tele First-timers accepted: N Weekend REQ: Every other but not GTE Guaranteed Hours: 8 Rule: 36.00 hours per 1 week 10 Rule: 36.00 hours per 1 week 12 Rule: 36.00 hours per 1 week Client may cancel up to: 1 shift per 4 week assignment 2 shifts per 8 week assignment 3 shifts per 13 week assignment Management of telemetry Interpretation of cardiac rhythms Management of dysrhythmias O2 Protocol Non-invasive airway management Peripheral line care/management Isolation precaution/PPE Experience with cardiac drips (nitro, Cardizem, amiodarone). Rapid response team activation Computerized documentation Floating to West Valley is part of the floating requirements. Unit Specific Information Float Pool (MS/Tele/Stepdown/IMC units) The Salem Health Float Pool Team supports all adult inpatient units including the Emergency Department, Psychiatric Medical Center, intensive care unit (ICU), inpatient rehabilitation, vascular access and inpatient adult care units.
