Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking experienced attorneys to join the Dispute Resolutions Team of GCSolutions. GCSolutions is an alternative legal service provider that offers clients cost-effective services staffed by highly qualified attorneys. Positions allow flexible scheduling, work-life balance, and the ability to work remotely. GCSolutions attorneys are expected to contribute to team development but are not expected to build a book of business or make a significant investment of time in firm or client development. Opportunities are available on a part-time and full-time basis.
This position is open to office location, with a strong preference for attorneys licensed in California, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Massachusetts, or New York.
Ideal candidates will have experience with companies and financial institutions on class actions and dispute resolution alternatives such as loan modifications, forbearance agreements, and other loan workouts.
Candidates must be licensed in the jurisdiction in which they will practice. Candidates must have excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials as well as strong writing and analytical skills. Compensation : The national average salary range for our Divisional Counsel position is $60,000 - $140,000. Starting salary will be determined based on hours expectation.
