Job Description:

Analyst role within the Real Estate Debt Strategies Public Investments business, which sits at the cross-section of the Blackstone Real Estate franchise and the public markets, offering the Analyst unique exposure and experience in real estate, debt, and trading fundamentals. The Real Estate Debt Strategies Public Investments business is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and executing all public debt investments on behalf of Blackstone Real Estate. Analysts will have the opportunity to participate in and contribute to the investment process for a wide range of US and European real estate debt transactions, with a primary focus on CMBS, RMBS, and Corporate debt.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluating and performing diligence across an array of investment opportunities within CMBS, RMBS, real estate-related Corporate debt, derivatives, and other forms of public and private securities
  • Investment analysis and modeling at both an asset and corporate level
  • Conducting market research to garner real estate-specific and macroeconomic insights for the Real Estate Debt Strategies Public Investments team
  • Development of presentations, supporting analysis, and memoranda for investment recommendations
  • Working alongside team members to evaluate and action broader portfolio management and relative value decisions

Expected annual base salary range:

$110,000 - $110,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
