Our Network office is located at 401 W. 218th St., New York, NY 10034. In supporting Zeta's CEO who frequents all Zeta Schools, this role will require mostly in-person days and travel to Zeta School locations across NYC.

To achieve our vision, we are searching for a stellar Executive Assistant with a Bachelor's Degree, at least 7-10+ years of work experience with a proven record as an EA to a C-Suite leader in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and lifelong learner with a problem-solving mindset and impeccable time management and project management skills, as well as strong, proactive communication habits.
The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a critical first point of contact and serves as a primary resource for interactions with network staff, school leadership, board, and donors. The ability to work under pressure on competing responsibilities with resilience, discretion, diplomacy, and accuracy is essential.

We are hiring for immediate openings and onboarding on a rolling basis The salary range for this position begins at $75,000 - $90,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near this level, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. This position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex and dynamic calendar: Schedule and prioritize a variety of meetings, calls, and appointments for the CEO, accommodating urgent requests and resolving conflicts as needed
- Proactive planning: Anticipate and prepare for upcoming meetings by gathering relevant information and providing necessary materials to the CEO
- First point-of-contact: Respond to and manage requests for the CEO's time, which can be complicated, time sensitive, confidential and can necessitate an appropriate setting of expectations and diplomacy
- Expense management: Handle the CEO's expense reporting and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely submissions. Track and reconcile expenses and manage related documentation.
- Administrative support: Draft, review, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials as required by the CEO and Chief of Staff
- Special projects: Undertake and manage special projects and tasks, ensuring details are executed to the highest standard of excellence
- Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean startup-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed
