Our Impact:
Multifamily Cash Management team is responsible for ensuring all Multifamily activities (incoming and outgoing) are processed in a secure environment with completeness and accuracy. Additionally, provide insight to management regarding the division's cash position through Cash Flow Forecasting.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $73,000 - $109,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.

Your Impact:
In this role, you will be an integral part of Multifamily Operations through the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Perform daily banking and cash reporting for Multifamily, including ACH management, wire transfers, and ensure all negative positions are resolved according to departmental and corporate policies.
- Complete daily bank reconciliations.
- Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure appropriate processing of Multifamily expense payment transactions.
- Track cash movement activities through in-house proprietary systems and external cash management banking applications.
- Process payments for receivables and payables.
- Set up counterparty delivery instructions.
- Assist with all counterparty reviews and validations as precursor to wire instruction setups and maintenance.
- Assist with maintaining the Multifamily Cash Management team's policies and procedures.
- Participate in departmental audits.
- Provide monthly management metrics.
- Assist with cash flow forecasting of Multifamily' s transactional data. Serve as a departmental day-to-day contact for partners in Corporate Treasury, external banking, and other parts of the Multifamily Division.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of comparable work in cash management, banking operations, accounting, or accounts receivable.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Finance, Accounting or Business, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft-Experience with Oracle financial software products desired.
- Experience using SQL queries (i.e. Rapid SQL and/or MS Query) preferred.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or candidate preferred, but not required.
- 25% Travel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work optimally in a team environment.
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation!
