The Digital Engagement team is seeking a visionary leader with a passion for digital innovation and a track record of delivering impactful digital platform strategies. As the Customer Data Platform Product Owner, you will oversee the strategic integration of a new Customer Data Platform that is central to delivering engagements across our digital ecosystem of Email, Web, paid and social acquisition campaigns driving outreach and awareness for the overarching (B2B and B2C) brands, Consumer Banking (Bask Bank, Texas Capital Consumer Bank, Texas Capital Private Bank), Commercial, and Investment Banking.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in marketing technology, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing CDP solutions to enhance sales efforts in both B2B and B2C banking environments.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Digital Execution
- Become the key point of contact with selected CDP partner, internal data and technology teams, and LOB leaders to prioritize delivery weighted against business value calculations.
- Collaborate with internal brand, digital, and marketing teams to educate partners on CDP utilization and align to a robust strategy for engagement platforms.
- Champion agile development methods and integration across multiple stakeholders
- Measurable results
- Establish KPIs and business value metrics.
- Establish product roadmap that clearly articulates delivery timelines
- Provide consultation to help analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
- Deeper Personalization
- Validate affiliate and third-party vendor opportunities to create new go to market strategies and to reach new audiences.
- Understand data structures and how to attribute to the right audience for a more personalized experience.
- Articulate Audience creation through a CDP for first- and third-party data with lookalike audience activation
- Omnichannel Engagement
- Subject Matter Expert on developing rule engines delivering engagements across multiple digital channels and driving the maturity of engagement strategies
- Remain up to date with the latest engagement trends to drive business to enhance overall effectiveness of sales, marketing, and customer service strategy.
- Understand customer behaviors and how interactions influence channel activation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in marketing technology roles, with a strong focus on the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven experience in selecting, implementing, and managing MarTech solutions, such as marketing automation platforms and data analytics tools. Specific experience with Customer Data Platforms required.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C banking sales processes, customer journey mapping, and lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Agile Product Owner certification preferred.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
- Leadership experience, including team management and mentorship.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in the banking industry is a plus.
