What to Expect

The Associate, Funds Transfer Pricing, as part of a robust treasury risk management framework, performs routine Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), conducts capital structure analysis, supports corporate product development and mobility business initiative, assists in pricing procedure automation, maintains documentation on pricing assumptions and procedures, actively manages relationship with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate pricing discussion and communication.

What You Will Do

1. Process and validate FTP periodically, collaborate with finance and capital market teams, for business line performance review, pricing and management reporting.

2. Prepare FTP estimate to support business planning.

3. Conduct and enhance capital structure analytics to help mitigate asset liability mismatch.

4. Perform new product line pricing analytics, document pricing assumptions and collaborate with finance, sales, and mobility to facilitate business initiative.

5. Assist in the development and maintenance of the FTP policy and procedure.

6. Support FTP module upgrade and configuration of new product in the Asset Liability Management (ALM) application.

7. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring
• 3 years of relevant working experience required with relevant bachelor's degree.
• 2 years of relevant working experience required with relevant master's degree.
• SQL, VBA etc. required
• Experience with ALM systems (KRM, QRM, etc.) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics required.
• Master's degree in Finance, or Economics preferred.
• Knowledge of fixed income, economics, corporate finance, statistics, mathematics, etc. required.
• Proficient in MS Power Point and other MS Office product including Excel.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a highly time-sensitive, dynamic, and growing environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong team mentality.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Solid work ethic and dedication to excellence.

Work Environment

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.

The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
