Summary
DLA Piper is seeking a transactional Franchise & Distribution of counsel to join its practice. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of regulatory U.S. franchising experience. International franchise and M&A experience is also a plus. Candidates can work in one of our 22 offices or can work remotely. Responsibilities will include drafting various franchise-related agreements and regulatory filings (e.g., franchise disclosure documents), providing advice related to complex business transactions, and counseling domestic and international clients. Candidates should have a strong academic record, superior organizational, drafting, and analytical skills, and possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the top Franchise & Distribution practice (as ranked by Chambers USA) on a broad range of matters for clients in a wide variety of industries.

Pay Transparency
The firm's expected hiring range for this position is $350,000 - $500,000 per year depending on the candidate's geographic market location. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate's experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
