You'll be a good fit if you have...
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum three (3) years front line outbound sales or business development experience, preferably gained in a B2B sales environment with a consistent track record of hitting targets.
As the Outbound BDR Sales Director you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of Outbound BDRs in implementing effective outreach strategies and sales techniques.
- Monitor, manage and report on BDR metrics on a weekly/monthly basis, making strategic adjustments as necessary.
- Develop outbound strategies based on market research and competitive analysis to improve lead generation and qualification processes.
- Evaluate the success of outbound programs, implementing changes to meet or exceed goals related to lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue.
- Train, motivate, manage, and develop Outbound BDRs. Provide supervision, coaching/training, monitor activities, and participate in performance assessment of the team.
- Conduct quality assurance sessions on recorded outbound interactions, providing coaching and feedback for improvement.
- Aid in outbound communications and provide on-call support to ensure successful lead qualification and handoff to the sales team.
- Represent Info-Tech in a positive manner by maintaining specified standards in all outbound business development, support, and service delivery activities.
- Set lead generation and qualification targets, and accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly KPIs.
- Work from office a minimum of four days a week

- Self-awareness: Self-motivated with an understanding of one's strengths and areas of development.
