Marketing Coordinator

Reports To: Director, US Marketing
Position Summary
Provides overall administrative support to the Marketing department. Assists the Marketing department with marketing communications, administrative support, internal meetings, and event coordination.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tracks and processes all purchase orders, invoices and budgets for multiple budget categories. Provides reports to the Marketing Director.
- Ability to respond to marketing project inquiries in a quick and efficient manner
- Manages marketing project list to track all department efforts and provide reporting.
- Supports marketing department and Events Manager with client experience trips and events including conferences, showroom events and tradeshows.
- Archives and organizes packaged project files.
- Distributes distribution lists, backlogs, marketing memos and communications.
- Assists with CEU requests, certificates and registrations.
Experience, Skill and Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline required. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of required education.
- Professional experience is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and across all departments
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to think critically
- Ability to travel as necessary (25%)
