Responsibilities include Lab Support and Administration. This position will receive direction and supervision from the LST Support Manager and work closely with the LST Lab Support Manager. What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be Develop documentation processes and procedures within LST. Build processes to help streamline support for LST support services. Responsible for hardware lifecycle management within OIT managed labs. Coordinate hardware repair process for all OIT managed lab machines. Serve as point contact in ordering new or replacement peripherals for lab machines. Assist lab team with the software license processes which includes procurement and interactions with the license server team. Serve as the administrative support staff for the LST labs team. Provide assistance to the LST Labs Services manager in budgeting for LST Labs needs throughout the fiscal year. Responsible for invoicing LST Labs customers and working with the Office of Budget and Finance on designing and maintaining cost-modeling methodology. What You Should Know This position is working primarily on-site. This is a temporary, full-time position anticipated to last through June 2025. What We Can Offer Salary: $25 - $30 per hour. Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License. What You Will Need Proficiency with Google apps (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc). Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. Proficiency with Microsoft Exchange Calendar. Attention to detail in defining and producing informative data driven reporting artifacts. Superb communication skills.
