Puig is seeking a detail-oriented and methodical reporting & analytics professional to support the Business Intelligence Manager in the development of the Prestige, Niche & Makeup business through the transformation of data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing and interpreting large datasets into comprehensive reports and dashboard visuals to support the business decision-making processes and optimize both long-term and short-term objectives. As a reporting and analytics graduate, you will become an expert in the Travel Retail Americas market and work with top brand data within the dynamic beauty industry.
What you'll get to do
Extract, clean and manage large sales datasets from various internal and external sources.Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure accurate and reliable datasets.Perform regular data validation and cleaning processes to maintain data integrity.Own and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring their accuracy, relevance, and continuous improvement.Utilize analytical tools like Excel and PBI to extract data and support teams in identifying business opportunities.Collaborate with the sales team to understand data requirements and provide relevant data support.Generate analysis of sell-in/sell-out information and use the data to create reports that allow the commercial and marketing departments to make strategic decisions.Prepare detailed reports and presentation slides summarizing key insights and recommendations.Synthesize point-of-sale (POS) data to generate a deeper understanding of retail analytics.Consolidate business unit sales for global market reporting and provide the team with quarterly presentations of results (Market Share by Brand, Channels, Regions, Ranking, Competition Analysis etc...)Support the BI Manager in the data analytics regional & global projects.We'd love to meet you if you have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing Intelligence, or a related field.Advanced Excel skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical and critical thinking skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Agility to adapt in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in data analysis or academic project experience in analytics is a plus.Beauty experience is a plus.Proficiency in both English and Spanish requiredA few things you'll love about us
