Regional Operations ManagerWe are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to work within our Midwest Region. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program (8-12 months) before assuming the role of Regional Operations Manager in one of our Midwest locations. In this position, you will travel extensively throughout the region, learning our business and leading our sales & service teams.Set and drive day-to-day sales and profit goals for the team and ensure quality service delivery to customersMonitor and report monthly performance including P&L, weekly sales, expenditures, and monthly forecastsOversee managers and supervisors, and review goals and objectives periodicallyWork with the Regional Vice President to develop plans and strategies to enhance overall branch performance and support the company's strategic plansEnsure branch compliance with licensing, certifications, and HR regulationsFocus on commercial and residential customer development and retentionRecruit, hire, and retain management, administration, and service techniciansRequirements:Three to five years' general management experience in a service-related industryPrior experience in multi-unit management is a plusEnergetic leader with strong team orientationExcellent organizational, administrative, and communication skillsA minimum Bachelor's Degree in business or related field is strongly preferredAbility to pass a background check and drug screenAbility to set budgets and drive sales and profit growthInterest in developing new segments of business in your market
