*Description:*Break/fix tickets and service requests 75% of the time, and 25% of the time they will be supporting projects. Some projects could include collapsing domains, imaging and rolling out machines for Windows 10. They will also be spending some time supporting asset management.Some of the break fix issues could be related to PCs, Printers and other peripheral devices (connectivity), why applications aren't running, putting machines into AD.Bomgar to do remote support, they have desktops and VDI. Vocera Support for their Voice Environment, and Empravada Badge Access. Citrix environment, some basic EPIC support as well.*Top Skills' Details*1.) Windows Troubleshooting Experience (2+ years) - Windows 10 experience preferred from imaging, set up, support, in an enterprise environment 300+ users2.) Peripheral Device Support Experience (2+ years) - configuration of printers, mobile devices3.) Customer Support Experience (2+ years) - it is imperative that they exhibit professionalism and strong communication skills.Active Directory experience is a must.*Additional Skills & Qualifications:*Need to have a strong customer service background.*Experience Level:*Intermediate Level*Benefits:*
