We are seeking an Accounting Administrative Assistant to work in the Eagle, ID area.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:Entry level role assisting team of 10 people (including CFO) with daily administrative needs and/or special projects as they arise.Accounting department processes 1,000 transactions a month, this role would be responsible for accurate filing, organization, and maintenance of files. Must love to organize!Occasionally lifting filing boxes for reorganization and trips to a storage facility.Assist Accounting Manager with banking/treasury management needs (i.e. opening bank accounts, gathering signatures, ordering checks, tracking interest rates, etc.). Prior banking experience helpful.Duties may include:Daily scanning and copyingScanning and saving files to shared driveAssist in organizing credit card receipts and copyingPulling back-up invoices from hard files as needed for researching questionsTaking deposits to the bankData entry into excel and accounting software

Ability to manage multiple commitments and deadlinesDependabilityExcellent time management and organizational skills, detail orientation is requiredComputer knowledge and efficiencyMust have excellent Excel skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
